NEWBORN PORTRAIT SESSION - £85

I'm excited to share that my cosy Coventry (CV5) studio is the perfect setting for capturing those precious newborn moments! I hold special sessions on weekday mornings from Monday to Friday, ensuring you have a peaceful environment to create memories. While the studio usually takes a breather on weekends, I’d happily accommodate you for a small surcharge of £50 if you prefer a Saturday session.

Once you secure your due date with your session fee, you’re guaranteed a spot within the first 21 days after your little one arrives. And don’t worry if your baby decides to make an early or late appearance—I’ve built in flexible dates just for that!

Please let me know your exact due date in the notes section when securing your slot.

When purchasing your session, please click on the month of your due date to secure your booking. You will then receive confirmation of your booking, and your session will be secured in the diary. Once your baby has arrived, please get in touch with me. I’ll promptly send over available dates, prioritising those already booked.

You’ll receive a comprehensive Welcome Guide covering everything you need to know about the session, including what to expect and bring along. Before your session, we’ll discuss your personal preferences for the portraits so I can tailor the experience to feature your favourite shots, colours, and props.

During your personal ordering session, which takes place 7 to 14 days after your session, we’ll explore your chosen photography package together.

In the rare event that you need to cancel, I am happy to reschedule your session with a 48-hour notice. While session fees are non-refundable and specific to the date booked, they can be applied to a rescheduled session if an emergency arises. Please note that if you need to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice and wish to reschedule, there will be an additional charge for the new session. Deposits are non-transferable.
