Newborn Portrait Session

Hello there!
Welcome to the exciting world of newborn photography.

It is best to secure your session at around 20 weeks to avoid disappointment.
If your baby has arrived and you would like to book a session please get in touch to check availability.

Sessions are completed in my Coventry studio CV5. Newborn sessions take place on weekday mornings Monday to Friday. The studio is usually closed at weekends. However, if you would like a Saturday session please note there will be a surcharge of £50.

Once you have secured your due date (month) with your session fee, you are guaranteed a session within the first 21 days of the baby's arrival.

Do not worry if baby arrives early or late I have allocated flexible dates for this.
You will be sent a Welcome Guide which explains everything you need to know about the newborn session, what to expect and what to bring.

We will discuss your personal preferences for your newborn portraits prior to your session so that I can make sure I provide your preferred shots, colours and props.

When baby finally arrives please get in touch within the first 48 hours I will then send you available dates (priority is given to those who have previously booked)

Your chosen photography package will be chosen at your personal viewing 7 to 14 days after your session.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, I will gladly re-schedule your session if notice of 24 hours is given. Cancellations do have an impact on my diary therefore session fees are non-refundable but can be used towards a rescheduled session in the event of an emergency with 24 hours' notice given. Should you cancel in less than 24 hours notice and would like to change your date you will be invoiced for another session.
Deposits can not be transferred to other sessions.

For me, it is so important for you to enjoy the entire experience and it should be entirely stress-free for you, so please let me know at any point in time if you have any questions or if anything is not clear.
